The best way to get in touch with the Wiki admins is via the Usergroup IRC channel. You may not get an immediate response; most members are fellow users and may be 'idling' or away from their computer. During office hours there is usually also an official Be* representative on IRC; they use the nickname format of <name>atBe, where <name> is their first name. They cannot help with Usergroup-related issues, but if you are having a problem relating to your ADSL connection just mention their name in a message and they will most likely respond shortly afterwards.

Don't be afraid to idle (staying logged in, but not actively chatting) in the Usergroup IRC if you don't get a response immediately; we have no way of knowing who you are, and if you log out we cannot contact you. If you have a username on the forums let us know (or ideally, post on the forums as well so a discussion can be continued outside of IRC).
