BE tech support will only be able to provide support for the bebox and for connection/speed problems etc. It is necessary for the Bebox to be connected to the master/test socket so issues can be reproduced before raising a ticket or contacting support.

- Draytek Vigor 2800G Flashed to 2.2.8 (current firmware at: http://www.support.draytek.co.uk/downloads.html) and Annex M Selected (Found had to use auto configure then change to Annex M last for it to work, bug in GUI does ot show Annex M as selected but status page shows running). INP Setting for non-Broadcom chipset routers
INP refers to a setting at the exchange end of an ADSL2+ service and relates to how it handles an issue called Impulse Noise. If your ADSL2+ compatible router is NOT based on a Broadcom ADSL chipset, the default INP setting may result in your router never connecting at speeds above about 7.5Mbit/sec even if line conditions would support a much faster connection speed. You can alert BE (or your BE service reseller) that you need your INP setting changed (normally from 2 to 1) and this may speed up your connection.
